Hospitality happens in every part of church life — from greeting guests to serving behind the scenes. There are several ways you can get involved at GracePoint —here are just a few:

Welcome Team

Help create a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

  • Parking Lot Greeter – Welcome guests as they arrive and help guide parking.

  • Door Greeter – Welcome people as they arrive and hand out sermon outlines.

  • Guest Host – Help guests find their way, answer questions, and connect them with others.

  • Hospitality Ministry – Help restock and keep the coffee and donut area clean.

Next Generation

Invest in the lives of kids and students as they grow in faith.

  • GraceKids Volunteer– Assist teachers with activities and help create a fun, safe environment for children. From time to time, you may have the chance to lead a pre-planned lesson, if you’d like

  • GracePoint Student Leader – Lead a small group of middle or high school students and guide discussions.

Worship & Tech Team

Whether you sing, play, or help with sound and tech, you can use your talents to help everyone enjoy and engage with the service.

  • Tech Team – From managing sound to running lyrics slides, you help create a seamless experience for everyone attending. No experience is necessary—we’ll provide all the training you need.

  • Worship Team – Our Worship Team is made up of singers and musicians who help lead the service through music. We’re looking for people with worship or band experience. Joining the team starts with a brief interview, and from there we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Events & Support

Help prepare the church for special events and gatherings.

  • Event Setup Team – Set up tables, chairs, signs, and other items to help events run smoothly.
